Artistic Direction
I use both digital animation and the camera to bring technically challenging stories to the screen. I don’t commit to a single medium because the work should dictate the tools, not the other way around. The creative process, for me, is about testing ideas, discarding what’s noisy, and making deliberate choices that serve the message.
My default is clarity over cleverness. I’m not interested in making things just because they look good. I want the work to resonate, to help someone understand something faster, or feel a little calmer after seeing it. I keep coming back to Maya Angelou’s idea that people remember how you made them feel. For brands rooted in real care and expertise, visual choices need to feel grounded, credible, and empathetic first.
Graphic Design
I graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun/Poland. For over 15 years, I’ve been working on a wide range of creative projects for advertising agencies, TV channels, animation studios, in Warsaw, London, Berlin, Sydney and San Francisco.
Motion Design
I’ve gained work experience in Sydney and London working both individually and in teams, directly with clients but also with art directors, creative directors and animators.
I have a high level of competency in most major industry softwares. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects - most plugins, Cinema 4D (Physical, Redshift), Premier Pro, Unreal Engine are among my tools of choice. In my professional work, I’ve always believed in merging teamwork, latest technology and intuition.
Mentoring
For me, a senior title isn’t just about recognition or rates: it represents a personal commitment to lead, guide, and share what I’ve learned along the way. I take real satisfaction in mentoring others, shaping clear creative direction, and helping people grow into their own strengths. I’m opinionated about how good work gets done, but I balance that with openness to diverse ideas and perspectives. I want teams to feel both challenged and supported—to build something remarkable together, not just follow orders.
